Our standard polyurea spray-on truck bedliner represents the pinnacle of modern elastomeric coating science. Using industrial Graco Reactor proportioners, we heat isocyanate and amine resin components to over 160°F and mix them at the spray gun tip at 2,500 PSI. The result is instant chemical polymerization that forms a seamless, 125-mil thick protective armor permanently bonded to your truck bed.

We mechanically score the factory clear coat using coarse cup wheels to create a 2 to 3 mil anchor profile. We never rely on acid washes or chemical scuff pads alone.
Carbon-filament cutting tape is pre-applied along bed rails, tailgate jams, and tie-down points. When pulled, it creates clean factory cutlines without razor blades.
