Welcome to Blackhawk Protective Coatings (“Shop,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, digital customer portals, quote request forms, and/or contracting our automotive and industrial protective coating services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Service & Technical Disclaimer
Blackhawk Protective Coatings specializes in professional in-shop high-pressure plural-component polyurea spray-on truck bedliners, UV-resistant protective topcoats, rocker panel protection, and rust-inhibitive chassis undercoatings.
- Informational Content: All content, specifications, articles, and estimates on this website are provided for informational and educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, actual vehicle conditions, prior paint work, existing rust, or aftermarket accessories may require adjustments to quotes or application scopes.
- Inspection Requirement: Final pricing and project timelines are subject to in-person physical inspection of the vehicle at our Royse City, TX intake bays.
- Cure Times & Care: While our hot-spray polyurea becomes tack-free in seconds, customers must observe recommended curing windows (4 to 6 hours for light duty, 24 hours for heavy abrasive hauling) to preserve coating integrity.
2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
- Age Requirement: By accessing our digital forms, requesting quotes, and opting into SMS communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Our platforms and communications are strictly directed to individuals who are 18 and older.
- Authorized Representation: If you are requesting fleet quotes or drop-off scheduling on behalf of a business entity or commercial fleet, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.
3. Appointments, Drop-Off & Cancellations
- Drop-Off Scheduling: Scheduling an in-shop application requires providing accurate customer contact information, vehicle specifications, and selecting an intake window.
- Cancellation Notice: We request that customers provide at least 24 hours of advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling so bay capacity can be reallocated.
- Vehicle Condition: Trucks dropped off for bedliner application must have all loose items, toolboxes, fifth wheels, and heavy debris removed from the cargo box prior to drop-off unless installation/removal services have been pre-arranged.
4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
When using our website and communication channels, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete personal and vehicle information.
- Use our quote and contact forms only for lawful, legitimate vehicle coating inquiries.
- Not submit automated spam, bot submissions, or malicious code to our serverless endpoints or forms.
